一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署111年12月23日臺教國署國字第1110176954號辦理。
二、為鼓勵國中小學生運用線上數位閱讀，培養定義問題、搜尋、瀏覽、組織及統整資訊之能力，並合作進行專題探究學習，財團法人台灣閱讀文化基金會（以下簡稱基金會）辦理旨揭線上數位閱讀專題探究競賽，協助學生發展數位自學力。
三、旨揭競賽活動相關資訊摘擇如下：
(一) 活動網址：http://eliteracy.twnread.org.tw/roep.aspx 。
(二) 報名期間：112年2月13日至3月1日，採線上報名方式。
(三) 初賽時間：112年3月6日至6月28日，上傳探究內容及報告。
(四) 決賽日期：112年7月25日至7月26日，於國立公共資訊圖書館現場發表。
四、入選決賽隊伍之帶隊教師以公假登記出席決賽。
